Mission
Providing an "arc" of support for people with developmental and related disabilities.

Purpose
Individuals with developmental and related disabilities will lead safe, personally satisfying lives. The Arc will ensure opportunities for personal growth and fulfillment, social change, and accessibility to necessary funding and servicing.

Vision
Applying the principles of self-determination, respect and dignity, advocacy, individualized needs, adequate support, and safety. The Arc is be a leader in identifying and addressing the needs of people with developmental and related disabilities.
