Arc - Winnebago County Disability Association is proud of its long history of advocacy for positive change, programs to support individuals and families, and a Board, staff and volunteers committed to sustaining these important efforts.
Staff and Board
With a composition of individuals with disabilities, family members, professionals and active citizens, the Arc Board of Directors is comprised of people dedicated to the mission of the Arc. Arc staff make it all happen, through program planning and development, community connections and collaborations, and support and building of self-advocacy skills of the people we serve.

Foresight, courage and love were the elements that launched the association that was to become Arc - Winnebago County Disability Association.
